Difficulties faced by the nurse manager in the primary health care unit

Objective: to present, from the scientific literature, main difficulties faced by nurses in management of primary health care unit. Methodology: this is a narrative literature review carried out SCIELO and LILACS data sources. The search took place September 2021. keywords used were “Nursing”, “Primary Health Care” “Health Management”. total studies revealed both sources was 139 studies. After reading analyzing researched theoretical framework, 42 selected manuscripts reached. However, after exhaustive these articles, only nine (21.5%) included sample present research because they answered guiding question study. Results: articles study consisted articles. most routine that make work professional more difficult are lack incentive qualification training courses, reduced staff, scarce human resources, overload, financial support part public management, inadequate physical structures. Final Considerations: professionals become major challenge exercise profession, culminating directly precarious unsafe quality for patient.
